Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date
• You have not downloaded the purchased product

Refunds are NOT available if:

• The product has already been downloaded
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date

2. Download Period

After purchase, you have 30 days to download your product. The download link is sent via email immediately after purchase. After 30 days, the download link expires.

3. Content Usage

Once you download the product, you have permanent access to the downloaded files. There is no expiration on your use of downloaded content.
